Data stored locally
VClock stores the following data exclusively in your browser's localStorage — nothing is transmitted to any server:
- Preferences — theme, language, time format, zoom level, digit colour.
- Alarms — alarm times and labels you have set.
- Ad consent — your cookie consent choice (accepted or declined).
Advertising — Google AdSense
This site uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you accept cookies, Google AdSense may set cookies on your device and collect information including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location in order to serve relevant advertisements. This constitutes processing of personal data under the GDPR.
Google uses this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ad Settings.
If you decline cookies, no AdSense script is loaded and no cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.
No other tracking
Outside of Google AdSense (when consented), VClock contains no analytics, no social-media tracking pixels, and no other third-party scripts.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing via Google AdSense is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time as described above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. For data held by Google, exercise these rights via myaccount.google.com. For data stored locally, clear your browser's site data for this domain.
