Yes. VClock has zero external runtime dependencies and self-hosts its fonts, so it works fully in an offline browser once the page has loaded.

Tap the Alarm tab in the bottom navigation. Use Quick Set chips for morning times or From Now intervals, or type a custom time. Multiple alarms with optional repeat days are supported.

VClock's stopwatch uses the browser's performance.now() API for millisecond precision — significantly more accurate than Date.now() or setInterval-based timers.
VClock is a free, browser-based time utility built with vanilla TypeScript and Vite — no UI framework, no runtime dependencies. All fonts are self-hosted. Your preferences and alarms are stored locally in your browser and never leave your device.
