Email

Everything reaches us at contact@vclock.eu. There is no ticketing system and no chatbot in front of it. We aim to reply within three working days, and within 30 days at the outside for the data requests described below, as the GDPR requires.

You can also open the contact form from the Contact link in the footer of any tool page, which sends to the same inbox.

What to write about

Corrections to dates and data

This is the most valuable mail we receive. If a public holiday on one of our holiday pages is wrong or missing, if a regional holiday is attributed to the wrong state or region, or if a city in the world clock shows the wrong offset after a daylight-saving change, please say so. A link to an official source — a government gazette, a national holiday calendar — helps us fix it quickly and confidently.

Something is broken

If a tool misbehaves, the details that actually help are: which page you were on, which browser and version, whether the tab was in the background at the time, and what you expected to happen instead. Alarm and timer problems are very often browser tab-suspension behaviour, which is described in the Terms of Use — but if something is genuinely wrong we want to know.

Privacy and GDPR requests

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability under the GDPR, write to the same address and say which right you are exercising. Note that most of what VClock holds about you is not held by us at all — your settings, alarms, and study log sit in your own browser, and you can export or delete all of it yourself from the Privacy Policy panel in the app footer, with no request needed. The Privacy Policy explains what Google receives for advertising and how to act on that data directly with them — and you can change or withdraw your advertising consent yourself from the Privacy settings link in the footer.

Suggestions and feature requests

Ideas are welcome, particularly ones that make an existing tool better rather than adding a new one. The site stays deliberately small, so not every suggestion gets built, but they are all read.

Press, linking and reuse

You never need permission to link to VClock. For quoting a guide, embedding a tool, or anything else involving reuse of the content, get in touch and describe what you have in mind. See the Terms of Use for what is already permitted.

What not to send

We do not buy links, publish guest posts, or accept paid placements in the guides, so those enquiries will not get a reply. Please also do not send personal data you do not need to send — a bug report almost never requires it.
