Step 3 Check UTC offsets Every city shows its current UTC offset alongside the live time. Offsets update automatically when daylight saving time transitions occur.
Step 4 Times refresh every 10 s No manual refresh needed — all displayed times update every 10 seconds, accurate enough for scheduling calls and meetings across time zones.

European time zones explained

Europe uses four main time zones. Western European Time (WET/WEST) covers Portugal and the Canary Islands — UTC+0 in winter, UTC+1 in summer. Central European Time (CET/CEST) covers most of continental Europe — UTC+1 in winter, UTC+2 in summer. Eastern European Time (EET/EEST) covers Finland, the Baltic states, Greece, and Romania — UTC+2 in winter, UTC+3 in summer. Most EU countries observe the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October as DST transition dates.

Scheduling international meetings with the meeting planner

A 9 am start in London is 10 am in Berlin, 11 am in Helsinki, and 4 am in New York — easy to miscalculate from memory alone. The Meeting planner tab does the arithmetic: add each participant's city and pick a date, and every hour of your day is laid out in every city, coloured by whether it falls in working hours, early or late, at night, or at the weekend. A column that is green all the way down is a slot that suits everyone; if there is none, the planner says so instead of pretending otherwise.

It handles the cases that catch people out. Daylight-saving changes are applied for the date you pick, not today's. Half-hour time zones such as India (UTC+5:30) are placed correctly. And weekends are judged in each city's own calendar, so a Sunday-evening call from New York is flagged as falling on Monday morning in Tokyo. Select a slot to copy the time in every city for an invite, or share a link that opens the same plan — the recipient sees it in their own time zone.

Eight tools, one tab

🕐 Digital Clock

Live 12 h or 24 h clock in a retro LCD font. Shows the full date, sunrise & sunset times for your location, and visual progress bars for the current day, week, month, and year.

⏰ Alarm

Set unlimited alarms with custom labels and optional repeat days (Mon–Sun). A cuckoo chime is synthesised directly in the browser via the Web Audio API — no audio files, no downloads required.

⏱ Stopwatch

Millisecond-precision stopwatch with lap recording and split times. Keeps running in the background while you switch to other views — your timing is never interrupted.

⏳ Countdown Timer

Visual SVG ring countdown with quick-set presets (1 min, 5 min, 10 min…) and a built-in Pomodoro mode (25 min focus / 5 min break). An audio chord plays when time is up.

📖 Study Timer

A Pomodoro study timer where the cycle is the whole interface. Pick 25 min / 5 min or 50 min / 10 min and it runs the focus and break blocks for you, taking a long break at the end of each cycle. Completed sessions are banked into a 30-day log of focused minutes, stored only in your own browser.

🧮 Date Calculators

The date and time calculators give your exact age in years, months and days; the number of days between two dates; business days with weekends excluded; and the ISO-8601 week number. Every calculation runs in your browser — no date you type is ever sent anywhere.
